Terms and Conditions

• Full payment is required to secure your reservation. 
• Quotes are valid for 24 hours unless otherwise stated.
• Displays are typically installed the evening before or early morning of your event.

All yard card displays are rental items and remain the property of Say It On The Lawn – Jax.
Clients agree to:

• Not move, remove, or rearrange signs
• Keep pets and children away from the display
• Refrain from attaching balloons, tape, string lights, or decorations to the signs
• Ensure sprinklers remain OFF during the rental period.
• Any damage caused by the client, pets, yard crew, vehicles, or guests will result in a replacement fee, minimum of $50.

For safety and sign preservation, we may cancel or modify a setup due to:

• Lightning
• Heavy rain
• Strong winds
• Unsafe yard conditions 

If we are unable to install due to weather, you will receive a full credit or the option to reschedule at no cost.

• Please schedule lawn maintenance BEFORE your display date.
• Grass clippings, wet lawns, or debris may prevent installation.
• We are not responsible for lawn impressions left by stakes or signs. 

Say It On The Lawn – Jax is not responsible for:

• Injuries caused by signs, stakes, or installation materials 
• Damage to lawns, irrigation systems, underground utilities, or landscaping
• Personal property damage caused by weather conditions 

The client assumes full responsibility once the display is installed.

Clients must ensure:

• The yard is accessible and safe for installation
• Pets are secured
• Gates are unlocked
• No aggressive animals are present 
• Address is clearly visible

If we cannot install due to unsafe or inaccessible conditions, no refund will be issued.

The client is responsible for the display during the rental period.
Damaged, stolen, or missing items will incur a replacement charge minimum of $50.

• 48+ hours notice: Full credit toward a future booking
• Less than 48 hours: 50% credit
• Same-day cancellations: No refund

If we arrive and cannot install due to client error (locked gate, yard conditions, loose pets, incorrect address), no refund will be issued.

We may take photos of your yard card display for:

• Social media
• Website gallery
• Marketing materials 

If you prefer your display NOT be photographed or posted, please inform us at time of booking.

• Delivery within 10 miles of 32258 is included.
• Distances beyond 10 miles require additional fees.

By booking with Say It On The Lawn – Jax, the client acknowledges and agrees to all Terms & Conditions listed above.
